165th St. Patrick’s Day Parade & Festival - Every year the Irish community and friends get together for a jolly festival and parade to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day. The parade begins on the corner of Market and 2nd Street and runs to Civic Center Plaza. On Saturday, March 12th over 100 floats, Irish dancing troupes, marching bands and other groups will come together to create the largest Irish celebration on the West Coast. The festival will take place from 10am-5pm at Civic Center Plaza.
The Irish Bank's Annual St Patrick's Day Block Party - The Irish Bank is famous for throwing their annual St. Paddy’s Day party! Enjoy a pint (or two) of beer and cocktails while enjoying traditional Irish music and Celtic rock bands. Best of all, they’ll be doubling up this year with a post-parade celebration on Mar. 12th, and more festivities on St. Patrick’s Day Mar. 17th from 2pm-midnight.
