Union Square's Valentine's Day Gift Guide

Wondering what to get your sweetheart for Valentine’s Day? In Union Square, we have a little something special to fit anyone’s taste. These swoon-worthy treats are sure to delight your partner and score you major points!

Sweets for your Sweet

We are completely smitten with the delicious European candies and adorable packaging at local sweet shoppe Fiona’s. As soon as you walk in, you’re greeted by a rainbow of beautiful and scrumptious treats. You can buy in bulk and have them package it up or choose from their cute jars and gift sets.

The Bling

We love the idea of surprising your partner with something special and unique. It doesn’t have to be a huge gesture, just something that will add a little luxury to their life.

A little bling always goes a long way. If she’s into gold, we recommend this Katie Diamond Lotus Necklace in 18k gold vermeil from Gallery of Jewels.

Another great spot to pick up some special jewelry is Manika on Maiden Ln. We’re smitten with this Ehud Barlev ring for the right lady (#2, pictured above).

Little Luxuries

We adore the artisanal candles at Diptyque as a thoughtful gift. Their romantic Rose Duet candle is just the ticket.

Perhaps she has a thing for shoes – in that case the sweet and pretty shoes from London Sole (3) are the perfect fit.

For the gentleman in your life, Valentine’s is a great time to purchase those small embellishments that he never thinks to buy himself. A lovely silk Valentine’s pocket square from Thomas Pink (1) would make a nice gift for a savvy dresser.

For a more casual guy, you might try a paisley printed scarf from Ben Sherman.

Classic Elegance

A stop at Mulberry would wow most any girl we know. Their gorgeous Alexa handbag in Valentines Red (4) is one of our top picks.

For the sophisticated woman in your life, we suggest a trip to Nina McLemore. This embroidered silk jacket (5) is a beauty.

Of course, you can’t go wrong with a trip to Tiffany & Co. for him or for her. We find the idea of an engraved card case old fashioned and romantic. It’s a wonderful opportunity to put your sentiments down in writing.
