Winter Walk SF has landed on Stockton Street! This holiday pop-up plaza spans Stockton Street between Geary and Ellis and is complete with glowing seating, lighting, charming green “grass” and a ton of fun events throughout the month of December (Nov. 27 – Jan. 1, 2016)!
We’re celebrating the holidays in a spectacular fashion with a stunning light art show, regular live performances, food trucks and other holiday merriment. For a full list of events visit WinterWalkSF.com.
Each night from 5 pm to midnight on the half hour a whimsical light art show will be projected on the Macy's Men's Building. This year’s feature is a snowy 3D adventure throughout San Francisco. The show is created by Immersive SF and their team of local artists, including Mike and David Dutton, who co-created the first animated Google doodle video.
We’ve curated some special holiday performances to bring Winter Walk to life. Thursdays and Saturdays from 4-8 pm, enjoy acts like SF’s fabulous Velocity Circus (Dec. 17 & 26), retro singers the Jeanettes and the Dickens Fair Carolers. Check out WinterWalkSF.com for the full schedule.
Off the Grid is back! Nosh on tasty food from the city's best food trucks on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays from 11 am – 2 pm & 5 - 9 pm. We'll have 3 trucks most days and 6 trucks with live music on Wednesday nights. The Philz Coffee truck will be on hand 7 days a week with coffee, tea and hot cocoa.
Plus, Macy’s cosmetics experts will treat guests to a holiday makeup consultation every Saturday. Ghirardelli will hand out chocolates. The SPCA will be walking puppies and kittens and all kinds of other wintry surprises await you! Join us for some good old fashioned holiday fun!
