The Taste on Ellis menu is a designed by Chef Peter Ochoa to lead our guest on a culinary journey inspired by California and Hawaiian cuisine. We encourage the shared dining concept so our guests can experience the wide variety of flavors on our menu. The menu at Taste on Ellis can also be ordered as “a la carte” dining if you wish. When sourcing ingredients for our menus sustainability and locality is always important to us.
