Learn how to chop, slice and dice like a pro. In this basic knife skills course, we’ll provide an overview of the different styles of knives, along with information on how to clean, store and keep them sharp. Then you’ll have lots of hands-on practice learning a variety of classic cuts. Finally, our instructors will show you how to transform all that cut-up produce into Minestrone with Pesto and Mini Fruit Tarts. This is a hands-on class.
