Recipe ideas include Ceviche Classico, Causa with Crab, Lomo Saltado, and Sweet Pumpkin Fritters "Picarones". This is a hands-on class. Pisco will be served.

In this basic knife skills course, we will provide an overview of the different styles of knives, along with information on how to clean, store and keep them sharp, Then you will have a lots of hands-on practice learning a variety of classic cuts. Finally, our instructors will show you how to transform all that cut-up produce into Minestrone with Pesto and Mini Fruit Tarts. This is a hands-on class. Wine will be served.

As the days grow shorter and the weather cools down, it is time to pull out your Dutch over and prepare some comforting fall braises. These slow-cooked dishes are guaranteed to nourish both body and soul. Recipe ideas include Braised Celery, Pork Loin Braised in Milk, Wine-Braised Chicken, Short Ribs with Citrus and Chili, and Braised Apples. This is a hands-on class.
