Williams-Sonoma Cooking School : Autumn Roasting
As the cool days of autumn set it, there’s no better time to crank up your oven and start roasting! Meat, seafood, vegetables and even fruit take well to this versatile technique. Join us as we roast our way through some awesome dishes. Recipe ideas include Roasted Parsnip and Apple Soup with Gruyère Toasts; Mustard-Crusted Spatchcock Chicken with roasted seasonal vegetables; and Roasted Pear Pie with Bourbon-Vanilla Ice Cream. This is a hands-on class. Wine will be served.
