Williams-Sonoma Cooking School : Cooking With Wine
Wine can add inimitable flavor to a host of dishes, yielding rich stews and incredible sauces. In this class our chefs will teach you the essentials for successfully cooking with wine. And of course, we’ll cook (and eat) some amazing wine-based recipes. Recipe ideas include Mussels Marinière, Filet Mignon Medallions with Bourguignonne Sauce and Herb-Roasted Potatoes; and Red Wine Poached Pears. This is a hands-on class. Wine will be served.
