The Union Square BID is governed by a Board of Directors, which meets at 9:00 a.m. on the 4th Thursday of every other month. The meeting locations vary and are announced the week prior to each meeting.

Executive Committee Meetings
The Executive Committee meets on an as needed basis to take action on behalf of the Board of Directors.

Marketing Advisory Committee
The Marketing Committee was created to maintain Union Square’s standing as one of the City’s favorite visitor destinations by promoting the area and branding Union Square as a whole. Meetings are held monthly at 9:30 a.m. on the 2nd Wednesday. Meeting locations vary and are confirmed the week prior.
Public Affairs & Advocacy Advisory Committee
Chaired by J. Timothy Falvey, Hanford Freund & Company
The Services & Public Safety Advisory Committee promotes a clean, safe and vibrant district by bringing community members together to discuss, evaluate and improve upon City and BID services. The PAC Committee meets monthly at 8:30 a.m. on the 2nd Tuesday at the Ellis/O’Farrell Garage in the conference room.
Services & Public Safety Advisory Committee
Chaired by Wes Tyler, Chancellor Hotel Union Square
The Services & Public Safety Advisory Committee promotes a clean, safe and vibrant district by serving as a voice for the property owners to assure the area receives its fair share of City services. This committee meets monthly at 8:30 a.m. on the 4th Tuesday of the month. Meeting locations vary and are confirmed the week prior.
Streetscapes & Beautification Advisory Committee
Chaired by Manuela Anne King, Royston Hanamoto Alley & Abey
The Streetscapes & Beautification Advisory Committee was created to identify and activate projects to demarcate the district, beautify and enhance the pedestrian experience of the area. These meetings are project driven and held quarterly or at the call of the Chair, as needed.
