Project Homeless Connect

Connecting the most vulnerable San Franciscans to vital resources throughout the city. At their one-stop shop events at their office every day, they link participants to difficult-to-obtain services including medical, dental and vision care, and employment assistance. 

St. Vincent de Paul Society

Offers hope and service on a direct person-to-person basis, working to break the cycles of homelessness, substance abuse and domestic violence. Serves over 1K people in need every day. Manages Multi-Service Center Homeless Shelter, Riley Center Services for Survivors of Domestic Violence, Wellness Center and our Vincentian Help Desk. 

Mayor’s Fund for the Homeless

Administered by the Human Services Agency that uses private donations to provide food, shelter and support services to homeless families and individuals. The Fund also assists the homeless in finding long-term housing and overcoming barriers to employment. 

Glide Memorial Church

Creating a radically inclusive, just and loving community mobilized to alleviate suffering and break the cycles of poverty and marginalization. Our methodology is radically simple: love, acceptance, and compassion, which we apply through programs in Wellness, Growth, Spirit, and Leadership. 

St. Anthony’s

Providing essential support to San Franciscans living in poverty. Every day, with dignity and respect, we offer thousands of the most vulnerable among us the basics we all need to feel human: a hot meal, fresh clothing, an opportunity to connect with the world around us. 

Community Housing Partnership

Celebrating 25 years of helping homeless people secure housing and become self-sufficient. Develop supportive residential properties and maintain them with high quality property management services while delivering comprehensive services to our residents. 

Episcopal Community Services

Helps over 8,300 homeless and low-income people every year. We provide housing, jobs, shelter, and essential services to help someone get off the street and stay off the street. 

Hamilton Family Centers

Ending family homelessness in the SF Bay Area family housing solutions, 24-hour emergency shelter, residences, family transitional housing program, permanent supportive housing, harm reduction / health and wellness, and children & teen services. 

Swords to Plowshares

A community-based, not-for-profit veteran service organization that provides wrap-around care to more than 3,000 veterans in the San Francisco Bay Area each year. 

San Francisco-Marin Food Bank

Our mission is to end hunger in San Francisco and Marin. It's a huge job that's only gotten harder as our community struggles with a prolonged period of economic distress and record numbers of people are pushed to the point of hunger. The Food Bank is vital lifeline for people in need of food assistance.

Larkin Street Youth

San Francisco organization offering housing, education, employment, and health services for youth between the ages of 12 and 24 to get the help they need to rebuild their lives.
