Bouche is a California-French restaurant with an oft-changing seasonal menu and a focus on small plates created by Chef Nicolas Borzee. The beer and wine list is centered on small producers from both California and France. Bouche is the creation of Guillaume Issaverdens, a French native who grew up in Provence and has worked in restaurants in France, Boston and the Bay Area.
