Please email Olivier to inform your name and information.
All the proceeds of the books will be used to help our employees at Cafe de la Presse.

As you know due to Covid-19 all restaurants must remain closed until further notice. Most of our employees live day to day on tips. In this time of such despair anything will help. All funds will be dispersed to staff and cleaners who are struggling desperately right now to make ends meet.

Cafe de la Presse has had the privilege of serving San Francisco Bay Area residents and visitors for over 15 years.

Combining photography, fashion, and food, Chef Laurent Manrique is featured in French photographer and author Mary Laetitia’s stunning new cookbook, 00:58xy. Embossed with Laurent’s name on the spine, the book highlights three of his recipes, each one accompanied by spectacular portraits and photography. This stunning collection of recipes and portraits visually depicts the relationship between food, art, and love through the shared recipes and wine pairings of 50 French chefs. Hand-signed by Chef Laurent himself and only 150 copies printed, 00:58xy  is more than a cookbook – it is an inspiring art object in and of itself.
