Join Williams-Sonoma as they explore the savory side of this versatile fruit. You’ll learn about the different types of citrus, their uses and health benefits. Then you’ll prepare some fantastic dishes. Recipe ideas include Crostini with Ricotta and Tangerine Marmalade; Beets and Crushed Avocado with Grapefruit; Pan-Seared Scallops with Sautéed Oranges; and Asparagus, Peas and Fava Beans with Hollandaise.
