The Mission of the Union Square Foundation is to establish a renewed ‘sense of place’ for the Union Square Area by supporting diverse artistic, cultural, and culinary programs and projects – and by cultivating a welcoming, caring community for all.
This exciting annual fundraiser, organized by the Union Square Foundation, is a special moment for members and stakeholders to highlight Union Square as a world-class destination. The event is a prime opportunity for members to network while enjoying the stunning and lively view of the Square from the Westin St. Francis.

All proceeds of this event will support Union Square Foundation projects and programs including Union Square in Bloom, Winter Walk, Maiden Lane beautification and activations, Lighting Projects around the district and Powell Street Promenade landscaping and maintenance.
Our strategy is to program the iconic plaza and alleys, corners, and smaller plazas as active, flexible, sustainable, creative, surprising, fun, and inclusive – to provide a sense of comfort, beauty, and discovery.
